Or Tator Tot Casserole as known to easterners.
- Pound to pound and a half of hamburger
- Garlic, diced
- Onion, diced
- Can of sliced mushrooms
- Can of Sliced Green beans
- Can of Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup
- Mini Tator Tots
Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet, brown hamburger with salt/pepper, diced onions and diced garlic. When brown, drain can of mushrooms and add to mixture. Place mixture into a pan you can bake with (pie plate, cake pan, whatever works).
Drain can of green beans and spread over top of the meat mixture.
Open the can of Golden Mushroom soup, spread over the green beans.
I use Ore-ida’s mini tator tots, but full size works too. Spread tots over the top of the soup until it is covered.
Place in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until the tops of the tator tots are crispy. Take out and serve.
